General Policies, Cancellations + No-shows

Mutual Understanding

Creating a positive and welcoming environment for all our clients is our top priority. We kindly ask for the same consideration in return. To ensure a harmonious experience, we reserve the right to decline services or future bookings in cases of mistreatment or an unwillingness to adhere to our policies. Additionally, if we are unable to reach a mutual understanding during your consultation based on our professional assessment, we may need to decline service.

Cancellation

We’re excited to reserve your spot for you! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to fill your appointment slot effectively. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service before re-booking. Please note that cancellations due to a positive COVID-19 test, supported by documentation, are exempt from this policy.

No-Show Policy

We understand that things happen! However, if you do not show up for your appointment, we will require payment of 100% of the missed service. Please note anything more than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show. After two no-shows, we will need to require pre-payment for future appointments.

Children

We love children, but to ensure you receive our full attention during your appointment—particularly for lengthy services like hair coloring—we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment. If you need to bring a newborn, please contact our management so we can schedule your visit during a quieter time.

Services, refunds + Damage Policies

Blondes & Extensions

If you're planning on a blonde or hair extensions, please be aware that this requires specific take-home products to maintain your color and hair health. If you choose not to follow our recommended aftercare, we may need to refuse service based on your hair's condition, as your hair health is our top priority.

Service Adjustments

If you're not completely satisfied with your results, please reach within one week of your appointment. We’re happy to make minor tweaks and adjustments. However, this courtesy does not apply to requests for significant changes or alterations, such as wanting to go blonder. We are happy to take you blonder or back darker but this will be booked as a new appointment, not an adjustment.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds of any kind. We conduct thorough consultations and while we aim for your desired outcome, achieving it in one appointment is not guaranteed.

Hair Extensions Policy

Please note that hair extensions are non-refundable. We value your choice and want to make the process as seamless as possible. If you decide not to continue with us, we’re happy to provide you with your hair. However, refunds will not be possible.

Client Damage Disclaimer

While we take pride in our products and services, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your hair by external factors. We work with top-notch distributors, and if the hair is defective (not caused by client damage), we can often provide a warranty. Client damage typically stems from drugstore products, sunscreen, alcohol on the bonds, excessive heat, and not following prescribed aftercare. We’re here to help you maintain the health of your hair!
